Shipping Policy

This policy explains how orders placed on shop.herbax.in are shipped, whether by Herbax or by a marketplace seller.

Delivery across India

We deliver to serviceable pincodes across India. Delivery availability, cash-on-delivery availability and the estimated arrival date are shown at checkout once you enter your pincode.

Who ships your order

Herbax Originals products are packed and shipped from the Herbax warehouse. Products sold by marketplace sellers are packed by the seller and collected by a courier booked through Herbax. An order containing products from more than one seller ships as separate parcels, each tracked on its own.

Dispatch times

Herbax Originals orders are usually dispatched within one working day. Marketplace sellers dispatch within their published dispatch window, typically two working days, shown on the product page. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery times

Most parcels arrive within two to five working days of dispatch, depending on your location. Remote pincodes can take longer. The estimate shown at checkout comes from the courier network and is not a guarantee.

Shipping charges

Delivery is free on all orders unless a charge is shown at checkout. Any charge is shown before you pay and appears on your invoice.

Tracking

You receive the tracking number by WhatsApp and SMS when the parcel is dispatched, and can follow every scan from the Track Order page or your account.

Failed deliveries

If the courier cannot reach you, they attempt delivery again on the following working days. Please keep your phone reachable. Parcels that cannot be delivered after the attempts are returned to the seller and the order is cancelled; prepaid amounts are refunded to the original payment method.

Damaged or tampered parcels

Do not accept a parcel that is visibly damaged or tampered with. If you notice damage after opening, raise a return request within 48 hours with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
